By using Tasveeran Junction's photobooth services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

Tasveeran Junction provides photobooth services including:

• Self-service photobooth experiences
• Professional lighting and photo capture
• Instant photo prints
• Digital copies via email or instant sharing
• Various filters, frames, and photo effects

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Policy

• Bookings must be made in advance through our website or by phone
• Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session
• Session duration is approximately 10-15 minutes per booking
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion

3.2 Pricing

• Current pricing: ₹199 per session (includes 4 photos and digital copies)
• Discounts available for multiple session bookings
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Customer

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled session
• Cancellations can be made by calling +91 9536991313
• Late cancellations (less than 2 hours) may incur a 50% cancellation fee

4.2 Refunds

• Full refunds for cancellations made 2+ hours in advance
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
• Technical issues resulting in unusable photos will receive full refunds
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method

5. User Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for your scheduled session
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions
• Respect the equipment and photobooth area
• Do not bring prohibited items (food, drinks, etc.) into the booth
• Ensure all participants are appropriate for a public setting
• Be respectful to staff and other customers

6. Photo Usage and Rights

6.1 Customer Rights

• You retain full ownership of all photos taken during your session
• You may use photos for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Digital copies are provided via email or instant sharing

6.2 Our Rights

• We may use photos for marketing purposes only with explicit consent
• Photos are stored on our servers for 30 days for technical support
• We reserve the right to refuse printing inappropriate content

7. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited:

• Nudity or sexually explicit content
• Violent, threatening, or harmful behavior
• Illegal activities or substances
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Copyrighted material without permission
• Content that violates any local laws

8. Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

• We strive to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• Technical issues may occasionally affect photo quality or service availability
• We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule sessions affected by technical problems

8.2 Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected session
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Customers use the photobooth at their own risk

10. Technical Requirements

• Digital copies require a valid email address
• Instant sharing requires internet connectivity
• Some features may require mobile phone compatibility

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet outages, or government actions.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jalandhar, Punjab.
